Our Seagull Bay water bill last month was more than usual. Please remember to TURN OFF the canal water after flushing out your boat engines! Some residents have been noted to start flushing their engines and leave, but FORGET to return to turn the water OFF.  Please do your part and don't waste water by leaving it running unattended.

There was no quorum for the July 2014 Regular Board meeting, so no official business was conducted. However, the non-minutes of the discussions that took place are now posted. 

Some Residents are traveling TOO fast in and out of the canal. IDLE SPEED ONLY, please, and remind your guests and renters as well.

New Rope was installed at the beach front in March 2014. A BIG thanks go to Dan Hallman, Gary Loveless, Dick Taylor and Steve and Martha Urbin for volunteering the labor for this project.
