Offering here a brief recap of the 2020 Annual Meeting on January 25, 2020. The draft minutes of the meeting will be forthcoming.

• The 2020 Board of Directors is as follows: Mike Aden, President ~ Pete Bouchard, Vice President ~ Dawn Marano, Secretary ~ Maria Steinmetz, Treasurer ~ Phil Gilles, Compliance Officer
• The ARC Committee is as follows: John Hilkene, Linda Miller, and Buz Fender
• The vote for the Special Assessment of $1,000 per SBPOA unit, due April 1, 2020, was passed.

The current Board of Directors extends gratitude to Jack Green and Al Marcus for their service to our community as 2019 Board members.

Dear Neighbors,

I have heard from a couple of members about receiving their voting packets. These were emailed as a single attachment to the SBPOA members in late December--a busy holiday time, I know. Just to clarify, the voting packets are NOT on the website, so the temporary disablement of the website shouldn't be a concern as far as retrieving those documents.
